After a slow start against DShack FA in their season opener, Utility Sports FC produced a five-star performance against BE Arena FA in match week two in the ongoing DSL 2025 S1.
The defending champions scored 5 goals against BE Arena FA but also conceded 2 goals.
Daniel Aghahowa stole the show after scoring a hat trick and also won the TSM MOMT award, an award sponsored by Trailblazer Sport Management.
When asked how he feels after being named the MOTM, Aghahowa has this to say:
I feel great, and I’m happy to get this award. I hope to get more.
The Utility Sports FC’s forward admitted he still wants to improve in the area of scoring goals to help his team and hopes to finish as the league’s top scorer at the end of the season.

Vincent Gideon and Joseph Osuji scored a goal each for Utility Sports FC, while last season’s joint top goal scorer, Emmanuel Nweke, scored a brace for the Epe-based team.
After two games, Utility Sports FC is now 4th on the league log with 4 points, drawing one and winning one. The defending champions will face Immaculate FC on Friday, 21st March , 2025, in their third game of the season.
