Ilaji FC claimed all three points against BE Arena FA in the ongoing Dynasty Scouting League 2025 season 1, in a week four fixture that took place on Friday, 28th March, 2025. The game was played at the Otunba Dipo Dina International Stadium, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.
The Ibadan-based side, tutored by Coach Olusesan Ogundele before the week four encounter, had won one, drawn one, and lost one, while BE Arena FA had lost all three games.
BE Arena FA conceded two late goals in the second half of the game; Sarafadeen Alli and Rokeeb Bolarinwa both scored for Ilaji FC, the former converting from the penalty spot.
“I feel excited and relieved.” Coach Olusesan Ogundele told Futebol.com.ng in a post-match interview, When asked his thought about the game, he continued:
We really did well, though the first half was not that good, but in the second half, we were more purposeful and intentional; we showed we wanted to win the game, which is very important.
Rokeeb Bolarinwa was named the TSM MOTM award winner, an award sponsored by Trailblazer Sport Management.
Ilaji FC are now 6th on the 2025 DSL S1 table with seven points and will face Immaculate FC in their next league game on Friday, 4th April, 2025.
