The ongoing Dynasty Scouting League 2025 season one, match week-6 fixture between Utility Sports FC and FC Bethel Sporting, was one every football fan and pundit has been waiting for. The match took place Friday, April 11, 2025, at the Otunba Dipo Dina International Stadium, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.
While FC Bethel Sporting are DSL debutants, Utility Sports FC are the league’s current champions and will also enjoy massive support from the local fans.
FC Bethel Sporting came into the DSL with great confidence and form after winning the 2024 edition of the 1XBET Cup that was held in Lagos, and their jersey number 16, Moses Ekundayo, has made the league his already after scoring seven goals in his team’s previous five DSL games.
After match week five in the DSL, FC Bethel Sporting and Utility Sports FC were in 4th and 5th place in the DSL 2025 S1 log with 11 points and 10 points, respectively.
Utility Sports FC were wasteful in front of their opponent’s box as they failed to convert four begging chances in the first twenty minutes of the game. The first half ended 0-0, as neither side could bridge their opponent’s defense line.
The both teams came into the second half more determined; Utility Sports FC’s back line were superb as they checkmated Moses Ekundayo throughout the game. The two teams share the spoils as the game ended 0-0.
The two teams still maintain their position on the league log after all games have been played in week six but added one point each.
