Immaculate FC’s new number 9, Legbe Daniel, popularly known as Pandel by his fans and teammates, scored a goal in the second half to secure a point for his team.
The game was a week-four clash against FC Bethel Sporting in the ongoing Dynasty Scouting League that took place on the 28th of March, 2025, at the Otunba Dipo Dino International Stadium, Ijebu-Ode.
Moses Ekundayo and Amos Akinsope both scored in the first half for FC Bethel Sporting, while Umar Kareem scored his trademark free kick to reduce the deficit for Immaculate FC before the referee sent both teams to the dressing room to end the first half.
Both teams came from the locker room rejuvenated, but it was Pandel’s goal that made the massive difference to secure a vital point for Immaculate FC.
“I’m delighted to score my first goal in the league and my first official goal for Immaculatee FC” Pandel told Futebol in a post-match interview. He continued,
I’m happy we are going home with a point, although we came to the match with the mentality and mindset to go home with the three maximum points.
Immaculate FC are still 12th on the DSL log after drawing two games and losing two games and will be facing Ilaji FC in their next league match.
